"My order showed up packed really neatly..."
My order showed up packed really neatly, which stood out because I’ve had other deliveries arrive looking rough. Nothing was smashed, wrinkled, or tossed around, and the bag felt clean and secure. It was also easy to open, which I appreciate. Overall, it made a really good first impression, and I don’t really have anything to complain about.

I bought a couple of tops from shopthemint.com because they looked really cute online, i wanted them to work. But the quality just wasn’t there. One of the shirts felt super thin, and after one wash the stitching was already coming loose, which feels like something they should’ve caught before selling it. The fit was okay and shipping was fine, so no complaints there, but for the price, I expected better. I probably wouldn’t order again unless I saw way better reviews first

"Cute styles, mixed quality"
I really liked the look of the clothes, and the styles were pretty much what I was hoping for. But the fabric was thinner than I expected. One of the tops felt soft and nice, while the other felt kind of cheap for the price, and that part was weird. Overall, not terrible, but not amazing either. I might order again, but I’d definitely pay closer attention to the material next time

"I was in a bit of a rush…"
I was in a bit of a rush when I was checking out, so I was really hoping the promo codes would actually save me some money. But most of the things I liked either didn’t qualify, or the discount ended up being so small it barely mattered. The deals looked a lot better at first than they did once I got to checkout, which was annoying. If I were rating just the promo side of it, I’d probably give it 2 stars.

"I did like a couple of the things…"
I did like a couple of the things I ordered from Shop The Mint — the pieces were cute, but the return process was kind of a pain. I had to pay for return shipping, and it took longer than I expected to hear anything back. The instructions were mostly clear, but it still felt like way too many steps just to send back items that didn’t fit. I did get my refund eventually, so at least that worked out, but the whole thing wasn’t exactly smooth. I’m not sure I’d order again unless I was totally sure about the sizing.

"Had to keep chasing support"
Support did get back to me, but it didn’t feel like they actually helped much. I had to keep chasing them for a proper answer, and even then the issue wasn’t really sorted. Frustrating experience overall

I ordered a couple of tops from shopthemint and ended up being happy with them. For the price, the quality was better than I expected, and I found some really good deals in the sale section. Shipping wasn’t super fast or anything, but it was normal and totally fine. There’s just something about it that made the order feel worth it, so I’ll probably check back again.

"Refund came through, but took a while"
I ordered a few things from shopthemint.com and ended up needing to return some of them. The return itself wasn’t a huge hassle, and I did eventually get my refund, so that was good. That said, it took longer than I expected, and I kept checking my account wondering when it would show up. Not the worst experience, but definitely a little frustrating. I’d say 3 stars feels about right.

I’ve ordered from shopthemint a handful of times, so I’m definitely not an expert or anything, but so far it’s been a good experience. The main thing I’ve noticed is that they actually seem to have sizes in stock, which isn’t always the case with cute online shops. I can usually find what I’m looking for without everything being sold out. Shipping has been fine for me too. Overall, I’ve been happy with my orders

"Exactly What I Expected"

I found some cute clothes on here, and the site was easy enough to look around without any hassle. I just kind of wish there were more options for sizes and styles, because a lot of the pieces felt sort of similar after a while. Overall, it’s not bad, just maybe a little limited.

I ordered a couple tops from The Mint, and shockingly, the shipping cost was actually reasonable. You know, a rare checkout experience where the total doesn’t suddenly act like it discovered luxury pricing. My order showed up when they said it would too, which was nice. I’d definitely shop there again, mostly because the shipping didn’t make me question all my life choices.

"Not quite what I was expecting"
I was looking forward to getting this and the shipping was fine, so at first I didn’t think much of it when I opened the package. The item itself seemed okay, but after checking it more closely and comparing it to what I ordered, I realized it wasn’t right. I ordered a medium in black, but I ended up getting a small in blue. Frustrating, honestly.

"Cute dress, but the fit is so off"
The dress is really cute, but the fit was weird on me. I ordered my normal size and somehow it was super tight in the chest. Like, how is this okay when everything else seemed like it should fit? Disappointing because I really wanted to like it

Customer service actually took way too long to get back to me. I just had a simple question, but I ended up having to follow up more than once. When they finally replied, the answer was fine, but the wait made the whole thing annoying.
